BTTF#006 – It Follows, Nightcrawler and Monty Python’s Life of Brian

Our sixth instalment of the main podcast saw Michael back in Cambridgeshire so we were able to all get around the same table for the recording session again.  We really must try and return the favour and visit Cardiff for a record in the near future…

Our cinema release was the well-received horror It Follows.  Everybody was surprised when Robert said he was willing to see a horror movie but would it be a decision that he would soon regret?

The home release was Nightcrawler starring Jake Gyllenhaal.  This film was new to Paul and Marc but, as the film had received praise from Michael and Robert, they were looking forward to seeing it.

Finally, our classic movie was Monty Python’s Life of Brian starring, unsurprisingly, the whole of the Monty Python team.  This film is a classic comedy but has it stood the test of time?

Our film choices for the next podcast will be The Avengers: Age of Ultron for the cinema release, Sci-Fi time-travel film Predestination starring Ethan Hawke and the classic movie will be David Lean’s epic masterpiece, Lawrence of Arabia.
